Do you store our patient data?
We do not run a multi-tenant cloud that holds PHI. Full product runs on hardware on your practice LAN. Aggregate briefs stay local; optional on-PC worklists stay behind dentist login. This website collects callback requests only—never submit patient or clinical information here.
Which practice systems do you support?
Open Dental is the primary path for daily automation (CSV/SFTP or read-only SQL). Dentrix, Eaglesoft, and others map through the same catalog when you can provide a scheduled export; coverage depends on what that export includes (for example, schedule KPIs need appointment rows).
How does daily automation work?
An overnight agent on an office PC (or your OD server) runs off-hours, computes KPIs locally, and leaves the brief for morning review. Open Dental can avoid hand exports via SQL; other systems typically need an automated or scheduled drop into the inbox once—not a morning staff ritual.
What happens at the first meeting?
